Effective Planning Saves You Time – Workshop by Tichá Eskisan MA

“Who is prepared is not surprised.” This applies all the more to lesson planning. Participants in the workshop led by Tichá Eskisan MA (Masaryk University, Brno, representative of Hueber Verlag) had the opportunity to experience this not only in theory but also in practice, thanks to a range of useful tips for their own preparation.

As an added benefit, they gained deeper insight into intercultural aspects, which can be particularly useful in the motivational phase of a lesson. All aspects of planning were clearly demonstrated using the new coursebook Gefällt mir, and participants were able to take away a copy for further inspiration.

We would like to thank Ms. Tichá Eskisan for the engaging seminar and her enthusiasm, which enhanced the impact of the content presented. We believe this will not be our last meeting, as the workshop opened up many additional questions that deserve further exploration in separate workshops.
