AnotationExperimental and interdisciplinary approached project follows on previous successfully resolved projects in the field of restricted environmental stimulation. In the first substudy, the specifics of the proposed project is, firstly, to target the area that seems to be central, and, secondly, to lay focus on young adults. In preceding research, we encountered floor & ceiling effect in young university students which complicated finding statistically conclusive effects. Meanwhile, there is a higher rate of working stress and general psychophysiological health further from optimum predicted in employed individuals. In the second substudy, the emphasis of the project stays on university students focusing on addictive behaviour and its cessation (smoking and smartphones/social network sites) as recommended by prof. Peter Suedfeld himself. The basic aims are: - Keeping on building interdisciplinary research between faculties on OU - Keeping OU in leading position of research in this field - Following up original research and its adaptation considering up-to-date needs - Examining the potential of preventive effect before burnout syndrome - Examining the potential of modification of habits and addictive behaviour - Contribution on international conferences - Foreign impact article in Q2 for every phase of the study - Research monography in the conclusion of the project - Preparation of follow-up project in GA ČR according to research outcomes
