Stephen Brain, Mississippi State University, USA
Dr. Brain is an associate professor of history at Mississippi State University. His research interests include Soviet and Russian History, Environmental History, and Forest History. He is available for commentary and analysis on these and related topics. He is also Co-Editor of Environmental History, the journal of the American Society for Environmental History and the Society for Forest History, and a Fulbright Scholar.
Doubravka Olšáková Charles University, Czechia
Doubravka Olšáková is a Czech historian and political scientist. She specializes in Eastern European history, Cold War history, the history of science and technology, and environmental history. She studied political science and area studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University, completing her PhD in Paris and Prague. She is Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Centaurus journal of the European Society for the History of Science and the ESEH's regional representative for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
